At Secretlab, we want to ensure your setup is perfect; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 49 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Submit a return request through our online Support Portal with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Authorization.
Disassemble and Pack
Carefully disassemble your chair or desk and place all components back into the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
